Oil filters for air compressors
Oil filter is designed for the removing pollution from different kind of oil (engine oil, transmission oil) in the air screw compressors. The following requirement have to be used for the oil filters:
1. To have sufficient adsorption of the dirt, it means ability to hold and accumulate a large amount of different particles in the oil, this feature is depend on the size of the filtration element and determine the filter element lifetime.
2. Oil filter should provide optimal particles selection it is determine by the sizes of the pores on the filtration element.
3. Oil filter for compressor should have small hydraulic resistance to enable of the viscous oil supply.
4. Filter housing has to be solid – in case of inreasement of the pressure in the lubrication system emergency stop and external mechanical efect.
